Required Skills:

​

• Familiarity with core Computer Science and Engineering topics, such as Distributed Systems, Data Structures & Algorithms, and OOP Design Patterns.

• Ability to write scalable, robust, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.

• Experience with Javascript and Typescript.

• Experience in web frameworks, such as Node JS, Nest JS, Django or Spring Boot.

• Familiarity with Version Control using Git.

• Experience building backend infrastructure, leveraging structures like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Experience with micro-services architecture and migration from monlithic to microservice architecture.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DocumentDB.

• Familiarity with access controls, security practices, and basic understanding of OWASP principles.

• Participation in regular code reviews and feedback sessions.

• Familiarity with the agile work flow.

Good Skills To Have:

​

• Experience in Golang.

• Prior TDD experience.

• Knowledge of SQL databases.

• Ability to clearly communicate your ideas and thoughts in written and verbal form with the team.

• Ability to pick up, experiment with and apply yourself with new technologies, frameworks, and libraries.

• Ability to stay productive while working remotely and autonomously.
